Hey Everyone,We've been working quietly behind the scenes to establish a website that will rank well in the search engines and will allow us to post on-going progress in the battle to inform the public about grogan. This will be going out in a newsletter soon, however, feel free to go ahead and leak it to whomever you like. Also, there is a page on which we are taking endorsements with the goal of showing a unified front to the public. If you are able and willing, please consider endorsing the site. Thanks.

Ralph,Just a suggestion of maybe including a field for "Accredited Polygraph Examiner School Attended" or something like that to emphasize that Polygraph Examiners who suppport truthaboutgrogan.com, with exception to Grogan do attend such recognized places. Tony IP: Logged |

It would be libel, but no, the truth is always a defense. That is, you can't be sued (successfully anyhow - anybody can initiate a lawsuit) for telling the truth. There are Internet laws that I'm not all that familiar with that pretty much allow anybody to say anything as I understand it. That's why Grogan was reluctant to say he'd sue Jack when he was on the Tom Leykis show. He knew he Jack was telling the truth so he had no case. He's (Grogan)obviously looked into it before that question was asked.IP: Logged |

Barry is correct. Also, the reason the Tom Leykis show did not do an expose / part 2, as promised, is because Grogan sent a letter of intent to sue Trimarco, but that lawsuit has not materialized !! Why ? Grogan would then be open to discovery, and there is no good news from which either a Judge or Jury would side with Grogan. Therefore, your "endorsement" is rather more like an "opinion" about Grogan's activities that you have read about on the site, and opinions are protected. Nobody is recommending anybody violate Grogan's rights, and acts of fraud he perpetrates daily when even displaying a polygraph instrument, or telling test subjects / people that "HE" Grogan is retired from the FBI is a fraud on the face of it. I have YET !!! to meet a woman who has a favorable opinion of this man, and every female examiner I have spoken with tells me they have been verbally sexually harassed by him. Donna, Whether you sign or not, we all know you are a fine professional examiner, and that you have been a part of this fight against both Maschke AND GROGAN, so you have nothing to prove. It is my hope we can all expand the website wherein victims of Grogan; both PEOA defectors, as well as former Examinees, can be directed to the Webmaster, and that the consumer public might be able to BOTH make a distinction about PEOA Chameleons, and the real McCoy Professionals, as well as know that so many found out they were ripped off by this Man and his twenty or so cloned cronies. Further, that there might be a chat room so that people could chat about PEOA types and Grogan where they could have a monitor to inform, or to just chat with each other. It would be a great way to pick up Intelligence. My latest information as of this week is that he did a $145.00 Specific Issue Exam at a Van Nuys / L.A. Office. I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I PERSONALLY UNDERWROTE THIS SITE FOR THE FINE TALENTS OF THIS WEBMASTER AND WITH THE FIRST $500.00 DONATION TO GET IT OF THE GROUND !!!!, AND I HOPE THAT EACH OF YOU MIGHT BE MOVED TO ASSIST IN SOME WAY AS WELL IN THE PROTECTION OF THIS PROFESSION BY FUNDING THIS SITE.
